I allowed clan members permission to send PM Mailings to each other. This was previously disabled, and I turned it on so I can see what it does.

That's what it means to me. No, I'm not sure. It may have no effect on our forums because as far as I know we have been able to PM between Admins, members, etc. without problem. Is that what you're thinking?
